To submit a return request, please follow the procedure below.
Once your item has been shipped and verified by our staff, you will receive confirmation of a credit equal to the refund for the disputed item. 

You can return items by exercising your right of withdrawal exclusively within 14 days of receiving the package. 

Defective items may be returned, but only unused, undamaged items will be accepted.

SEND YOUR RETURN REQUEST

Once you submit your request to info@arcucci.it.com, you will be emailed an authorization code to use to arrange for our courier to pick up the item at the customer's expense.
Once we receive and verify your return, we will promptly process your refund. Otherwise, our staff will contact you.

The credit will be made using the method selected at the time of the return request, for an amount equal to the price of the disputed item shown on the purchase documents.
